  I went in to simply buy a charger. The employee was helping customers she seemed to know personally to transfer things on their phones. She did not awknowledge that I was even in the store nor did she ask me if I needed assistance or anything. I waited about 45+ minutes to simply buy a charger. I understand helping customers but as someone who's worked retail, the fact that I wasn't even greeted or acknowledged seems extremely rude.
